Job Description

Love politics, fashion, law, and media? GoodLooking is a boutique law, technology, PR, and government affairs firm located near the Capitol in Austin, Texas. We are actively recruiting for an Executive Assistant to work in our Austin lobbying office, from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday during the upcoming legislative session. The position requires someone with exceptional interpersonal skills. As an EA with GoodLooking, you will greet visitors, answer the phone, respond to emails, and manage the executive schedule. You will also work closely with company executives to plan parties, receptions, and other social events. You will learn and assist with marketing campaigns, including fashion shoots, social media content creation, and online advertising. This is a great position for someone with a love for politics, fashion, law, and technology. It is fast-paced and eclectic work that is perfect for a social butterfly who wants to be involved in every aspect of a business.
